Tom’s real estate journey began as a flipper, buying, renovating, and selling investment properties. By 2002, he had become a licensed appraiser, a REALTOR, and a home inspector. This diverse background in real estate equips Tom to handle even the most challenging scenarios, consistently finding solutions for clients.

Beth Townsend, in addition to her role as a REALTOR, has been a dedicated teacher at our local elementary school since 2002 and is the sitting chairman of the Georgia State Education Ethics Commission. We actively support local PTA initiatives and have a close relationship with Sixes Elementary School.
Another area of our community engagement is in fostering. We proudly serve as Foster Mentors, providing valuable support to foster families in our local area. Our commitment extends to offering assistance to children and families in need, contributing to the betterment of our community as a whole.
