Inside Sales Agent (ISA)
Responsibilities:
As Inside Sales Agent (ISA) at Townsend Realty Group, you will prospect for and acquire new clients on a daily basis from various inbound and outbound lead sources provided by Townsend Realty Group in addition to leads generated through circle prospecting efforts. You will assist in all aspects of the process of prospecting, cultivating, setting appointments, and managing leads in our contact management database system. You will obtain critical information about buyer/seller leads and schedule appointments with qualified leads for the Listing and/or Buyer Specialists.
Qualifications
- Solid phone skills: ability to set and close appointments over the phone
- Communicates effectively with peers, superiors, customers, and vendors in written and verbal form
- Daily script practice. Master “The Language of Sales.”
- Ability to block out distractions and listen intently to the conversation that is occurring
- Creates a sense of comfort and familiarity with leads/clients and is able to build rapport
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Organized, systematic, and detail-oriented
- Results-oriented and high achiever
- Basic understanding of computers and navigating the Internet
- Career development and training focused
- Strong and Confident phone voice
- Willingness to spend 80% of the workday on the phone
What To Expect On The Job
- Practice, memorize, and internalize scripts at least 2 to 4 hours /week
- Prospect for new clients on a daily basis 3 hrs/day
- Make 125+ contacts per week by calling on:
o Expired/For Sale By Owners
o Buyers
o Sphere of Influence
o Past Clients / Database
o Just Listed / Just Sold
o Open Houses
o Circle Prospecting active or past listings
o Various other sources - Conduct 10 to 15 hours of lead follow-up per week
- Manage 50+ NEW leads each week and work through existing leads to convert them into appointments
- Manage contact database system
- Call past clients and your sphere of influence to ask for referrals
- Willing to be held accountable for goals/results
- Track weekly goals and progress
- Measure lead conversion ratio and meet performance benchmarks
- Maintain a current Georgia Real estate License
- Maintain 2%+ conversion rate of contact/appointment ratio
