I wanted to come to you and talk to you about a question that we get quite a bit from our clients, and that is most of our clients want to know, How To Find Home Buyers! Before they list their home with us they most often want to know, besides placing a sign in the yard and placing on the local multiple listing services, what else are we doing to find buyers? Well, there’s a lot packed into that statement, and there’s a lot of different strategies that we would actually go through the client.
One of the things that I wanted to talk to you about and one of the strategies we use to find buyers is having a large online presence. Now in today’s world, the majority of people actually find homes online than any other source that’s out there in today’s world. So having a really good, solid online presence is critical in selling homes and finding buyers for our clients. So one of the things that we’re really proud of is we’ve put a lot of time and energy and strategy into ranking as high as we possibly can with Google, and some of the other search engines out there. This is something that takes quite a bit of time, it takes a lot of effort. And I’m not talking about paid ads. Very simple to go out there and start paying Google all kinds of money to be on the ads list. I’m talking about organic searches that buyers are actually going out, searching key terms and words out there that we will rank very high with.
We have about 25 different phrases and keywords that we’ve actually been actually targeting over about the last 12 to 18 months. The efforts that we have put forward in those keywords have given us a very, very high ranking. In fact, in most of those keywords, we’re in the top five rankings of each one of those keywords or phrases that are out there.
So if you are asking How To Find Home Buyers? When they’re online and they’re searching for houses, Townsend Realty Group is usually popping up very high on all those search terms, which is going to get your home exposed more so than the average agent out in the market right now. So hopefully, that helps a little bit, as far as where we actually find home buyers. Once again, there’s a lot of different strategies that we use.
