Beth: I think it gives homeowners a lot of flexibility. This is a very flexible space and can be used in multiple ways when it’s open like this. So I love it. I think it’s a great space for a family.

Speaker 1: Yeah, absolutely. Well, let’s go check out the kitchen.

Speaker 1: I’m excited to see that. Wow, this looks really good, too. They did a great job.

Speaker 1: Yeah.

Speaker 1: Yup, once again, just that open concept.

Beth: Again, same flooring. Yup.

Speaker 1: Right?

Beth: It’s really nice. And then they have a sun room, which can be used as an office.

Speaker 1: Yeah. This is really nice.

Beth: That’s another-

Speaker 1: You could use this for so many different things.

Beth: I love all the windows.

Speaker 1: Yeah. I mean, it could be an office. It could be just another den, another sitting area-

Speaker 1: Oh, yeah.

Beth: It came with the new flooring, so it looks really good.

Speaker 1: Yeah.

Beth: I like how it is a little removed from the main living space, so there’s privacy. Yeah. That’s off the back door to the garage, so that’s nice.

Speaker 1: Well, let’s go check out the second floor.

Beth: Yeah.

Speaker 1: Oh, yeah. Look at this carpet. Brand new carpet, right?

Beth: New carpet. Yep, new carpet. Has a pretty landing. This is a great space, because there are four bedrooms up here, the master and three bedrooms.

Speaker 1: Okay.

Beth: This is the first bedroom.

Speaker 1: Yep. Nice.

Beth: And they use it as an office, which is great.

Speaker 1: Yeah, this is a nice size.

Beth: It’s got a nice closet and it’s a great space.

Speaker 1: Yeah.

Beth: If you come over here, there are two more bedrooms and both of these have big walk-in closets.

Speaker 1: Wow, these are big bedrooms.

Beth: They are big bedrooms.

Speaker 1: You know, I mean, we go into so many homes that tout that they have four bedrooms and you get inside of them and you can barely get a bed in there and a dresser.

Beth: Yeah.

Speaker 1: But these are nice. These are a nice size.

Beth: These are really nice.

Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah. Lots of space.

Beth: And then there’s a nice bath.

Speaker 1: Yeah, that looks good.

Beth: A full bath. Marble countertops, again. And then you move into the third bedroom, which again is a large bedroom.

Speaker 1: Yes. Lots of space.

Beth: I mean, there’s a lot of furniture in here and it’s not overpowered at all by it.

Speaker 1: Yeah. Cute bed. I love that bed.

Beth: Yeah, it is cute.

Beth: You don’t need to be running clothes up and down stairs.

Speaker 1: No. That second floor laundry is neat.

Beth: That’s all your dirty clothes are right here, yeah, which is great. Now we can check out the master.

Beth: The tray ceilings are really pretty.

Speaker 1: Wow.

Beth: It has a nice little sitting area, too. I like that.

Speaker 1: Yup. That’s great.

Beth: Good sitting area. Another flexible space. I mean, really you could put a little home office right here, if you wanted to. You can have a desk or little sitting area.

Speaker 1: Love the tray ceilings. Those are so pretty.

Beth: And really this is an oversized master, I think, too, it looks like.

Speaker 1: Yeah. This is a big room.

Beth: I mean, this is a… It is a big room.

Speaker 1: All right. Well, I’m going to walk into the bathroom here.

Beth: Yup. Head into the bathroom. They have marble countertops, freshly tiled shower which is great.

Speaker 1: Dual vanities. They’re both the higher height-

Beth: Yes.

Speaker 1: … which is really a plus now. People are really liking that. And then I guess the shower has been retiled, right?

Beth: Yup.

Speaker 1: So those are soaking tubs, right?

Beth: That’s a soaking tub.

Beth: This is a garden tub because it’s an oversized bathtub.

Speaker 1: Gotcha. There you go, people.

Beth: There you have it. In my mind, that’s what it is, anyway.

Speaker 1: Okay. Well, we don’t want to misinform the general public here.

Beth: Well, you know, I don’t believe I am. Okay. Why don’t we head down to the basement.

Speaker 1: All right. We’re going to head on down to the basement. All right. All right. Heading down the stairs. And here’s the basement. Nice.

Beth: I like this. This is great. Wood floor again.

Speaker 1: Yep.

Beth: Great bedroom.

Speaker 1: Oh, yeah.

Beth: With a full bath.

Speaker 1: Access. Yeah. Okay.

Beth: Let me turn on the lights in the bathroom…

Speaker 1: All right.

Beth: … so you can see that.

Speaker 1: Yeah. This is a nice size bedroom.

Beth: It is.

Beth: I love that. I like how it’s the size of what probably would have been like a bathtub shower combination. And instead, they just made it into a shower, which I like. I like that a lot.

Speaker 1: Yeah. That’s great.

Beth: That looks good.

Speaker 1: Oh, it’s got a little their own little closet built in here. So you got your little linen closet.

Beth: Yup, little linen closet.

Speaker 1: Okay.

Beth: Then this is really nice. You have another living space down here and a kitchenette.

Speaker 1: Oh, and another bedroom back there. Then, okay. Yeah.

Beth: This would be perfect for in-laws…

Speaker 1: Yes, parties?

Beth: … college kids coming home.

Speaker 1: College kids coming home. Yeah. Yeah. Very nice.

Beth: Again, very peaceful.

Beth: Yeah.

Beth: Sixes, Freedom Middle School and Woodstock High School.
