WHY WE DO WHAT WE DO:
We are driven by the belief that the best way to live is by giving, serving and honoring our clients and community while allowing those that work for, and with us, to build wealth and live a life by design. We believe success is a necessary tool to fulfill our purpose of serving, giving and honoring others in our community and without this success, we fall short of our purpose.
We are passionate about Real Estate and have chosen this industry to fulfill this purpose.
Faith – We believe faith is a mindset and closely aligned with love. We consistently practice our faith in God, ourselves, and one another. Our “faith” is the cornerstone of our value system.
Integrity – We are always seeking a win-win solution. Wealth cannot endure unless built on Truth and Justice. Anything less is unacceptable.
Desire – We have an intense passion to achieve our goals in which failure is not an option.
Accountability – We hold ourselves accountable to living our values, meeting our standards, achieving our goals and getting results. We are accountable to one another, to the team and to our clients.
Learning-Based – We challenge everyone to learn through their successes and failures. We embrace consistent self-improvement.
Loyalty – Seeking an environment of collaboration, openness, and trust. We “have each other’s backs” and that includes our clients’ backs.
Tom Townsend – Tom is a multi-time Keller Williams BOLD graduate, holds a seat on the Assoiciate Leadership Council (ALC) in the Woodstock, GA Market Center, and has been a Certified General Appraiser since 2002.
Beth Townsend – In addition to being a REALTOR, Beth has been an educator in our local county since 2002 and is a state commissioner. She leverages her leadership experience and thirst for knowledge to deliver quality services to our clients and partners.
In addition to operating a real estate company, we are active leaders in our local church, volunteer on a regular basis, are involved with our local fostering program, and raised 3 successful children.
Beth serves as a Commissioner on the Georgia State Education Ethics Board.
